Things are really coming together at Riverside Colorado. The Kind Bean coffee cart is now open on Saturday and Sunday, serving up delicious and stylish coffee, non-caffeinated beverages, tasty Me Oh My Pie pastries and delicious Mishawaka breakfast burritos. If you’re heading up the canyon, stop in for a fuel up before playing in the Poudre Canyon. And don’t worry, once Summer is in full swing, you’ll be able to drop by the Kind Bean 7 days a week.

The Poudre Park Market is slated to open in June, bringing to Riverside Colorado guests and the community a unique and quaint market. The market will have all your staple food items and feature grab and go selections for a quick hunger fix. We’ll also carry beer, wine, various sundries needed for any outdoor activities, and a bevy of treats for canyon adventures. The Poudre Park Market will also include fishing supplies, with specialty fly fishing items from Liarflies Colorado Fly Fishing Adventures, and hunting and fishing licenses.

If you happen to drive by our beautiful location in Poudre Park, you’ll also notice the lodging at Riverside Colorado is starting to shine! Cabins have been remodeled, tiny homes have been set in place, and campsites are being formed. And the biggest news to date, we are now taking reservations for any of our beautiful accommodations! Imagine waking to the sounds of the Wild and Scenic Cache La Poudre River flowing peacefully outside of your window, after a rocking night at the Mishawka. You stroll lazily to the Kind Bean coffee cart for a delicious S’mores Latte and savory scone from Me Oh My Pie, then wander to the Poudre Park Market to pick up a grab and go sandwich for the adventurous day ahead exploring in the Rocky Mountains. It’s going to be a great summer in the Poudre Canyon!
