Concert Night Perks

Riverside guests enjoy free van rides to Mishawaka Amphitheatre on show nights. Vans begin looping 30 minutes before doors open and continue until shortly after the show starts.

Wristbands are required. Sign up at the office. First-come, first-served.

Riverside Vans

Question: Do I need to reserve a spot on the van?

  • Answer: No, all of our guests are accounted for and will receive a van shuttle pass during
    check-in.

Question: How do the shuttles work?

  • Answer: Shuttles run on a 15 minute time schedule starting two and a half hours before the
    start time, until the show starts. Shuttles will back and forth from the Mish to Riverside when the
    show ends, until all guests are returned safely.

Question: Where are the shuttles?

  • Answer: When the shuttles arrive, they will be located directly in front of our market at Riverside
    Colorado.

Question: Can non-guests ride the shuttle?

  • Answer: Yes! Shuttle passes are available for purchase in our front office for $15 each.

Question: Am I able to take the shuttle back early?

  • Answer: Yes, shuttle drivers remain at the venue for the duration of the show. Ask a Mishawaka
    team member and let them know you are going back to Riverside Colorado.

Question: I already purchased a shuttle pass/parking pass for a Mishawaka show, can I get a
refund?

Question: Can your shuttles take us to the airport, or a nearby hike?

Pet Policy

  • $55 per dog, per stay (must register at check-in)

  • Leashes required (no retractables)

  • No unattended dogs – *Please Note* Dogs are not allowed at Mishawaka during ticketed events. If you are attending a ticketed show at Mishawaka, do not bring your dog to your stay at Riverside.

  • Disruptive or aggressive behavior may result in removal without refund

  • Only 1 dog allowed per unit.

  • Violations = $250 fine per offense

River Safety

⚠️ The river is beautiful, but dangerous. No lifeguard on duty.

  • Strong currents – swim at your own risk

  • No river use during spring runoff or after heavy rain

  • Always wear a life jacket near the water

  • Never swim alone, and always supervise children

  • No furniture or boats left overnight on the riverbank

Fire Pits

  • Fires allowed only in the 3 communal pits (upper, middle, and lower loops)

  • Firewood, kindling, and water buckets are provided

  • Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving the area

  • Fire cutoff:

    • Sun–Thurs: 10pm

    • Fri–Sat: 12am

Policies to Know

  • No smoking indoors or within 20 feet of buildings

  • No drones, fireworks, illegal drugs, or firearms

  • No outside speaker systems or amplified sound

  • No campfires outside designated pits

  • Respect quiet hours:

    • Sun–Thurs: 10pm–8am

    • Fri–Sat: 12am–9am

  • Pack in / pack out – leave no trace
  • Riverside Colorado is private property and only intended for the use of our paid overnight guests. Day guests are not allowed.
